Entry Conditions:
Employees of Rockstar Rated for this contest as set forth below, any affiliate of Rockstar Rated,
any of their advertising or promotional agencies, any provider of any prize offered in this contest
or any business or entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration
or fulfillment of this contest, and the immediate family members of any of the above (meaning spouses,
parents, siblings and children living in the same household) are not eligible to enter or win.
How to Enter:
Come dressed in your sexiest, scariest, most unique costumes and have your photo taken by a Rockstar
Rated photographer on October 29, 2011 at BlackFinn or The Tobacco Company Club. If you want to be considered for the grand prize, please exclude from large group photos to ensure your photo is eligible.
Winner Selection:
You can go to www.RockstarRated.com to rate the photos beginning Sunday, October 30, 2011, 11:59pm Eastern Time and end Friday, November 4, 2010, 6:00 PM Eastern Time. The ratings will be tallied through the Rockstar Rated website and the winner will be displayed November 5, 2010, 8:00 PM Eastern Time.
Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize $500, One (1) Second Place (First Loser) Prize $350 and One (1) Third Place Prize $150:
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected through ratings tallied on the Rockstar Rated Website. The rating
system will select one (1) First Prize, one (1) Second Prize and one (1) Third Prize Winner among all valid contestants.
Prize Acceptance:
The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will be posted online. Each winner must contact Rockstar Rated,
notifying Rockstar Rated that their photo was chosen, within (10) days of the winning photos being posted,
or if any prize is returned as non-deliverable or any winner if found to be ineligible or not in compliance with
these official rules, disqualification may result. If any winner is a minor as defined in the law of his/her state
of residence, she/or he will be disqualified and the selection of an alternate winner will occur. Failure to notify
Rockstar Rated once the winners are announced may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate
winner.
Please review the privacy policies of Rockstar Rated at www.rockstarrated.com and
www.rockstarrated.com/rockstarprivacypolicy.html. By participating in the contest, entrants agree to all of
the terms and conditions of the privacy policies of the Rockstar Rated. By entering you agree to be bound
by these official rules and that the decisions of the Rockstar Rated will be final and binding in all respects.
The official rules will be posted at the contest website throughout the contest.
Acceptance of a prize will constitute permission to use winner's name, entry photo(s), hometown, likeness,
photograph, statements or prize information for advertising and publicity purposes worldwide without limitation
and without additional compensation, except where prohibited. By entering, you grant permission to Rockstar
Rated, Sponsors' affiliates, partners and designees, and their respective agents and agencies, to publish, use,
adapt, edit and/or modify your entry photo(s) in any way, in any and all media worldwide, without limitation. By
entering, you also agree that Sponsors may publish your name and entry photo(s) on Sponsors' website or in
such other media or formats as Sponsors may elect without further compensation. By entering, you also agree
to confirm to Sponsors any of the above in writing.
Validations:
By taking part in this contest, you agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the Rockstar
Rated. Rockstar Rated reserves the right to disqualify any entries, at their sole discretion, determine to be
inconsistent with their corporate standards, reputation or consumer expectations. If integrity of Contest is
compromised in any manner, Rockstar Rated reserves the right to modify Contest and judge entries received
that are unaffected by the problem. Rockstar Rated reserves the right to disqualify any person who, attempts to
tamper with the Contest, to harass or interfere with any other entrant, or otherwise acts in an inappropriate
or unsportsmanlike way, all as determined by the judges in their absolute discretion. Contestants shall be
void if incomplete, not legible, or if they contain errors or do not comply strictly with all requirements in these rules.
