The Central Virginia Football Association (CVFA) is your home for competitve intramural mens and coed flag football.  The CVFA is an adult flag football league with over 500 quarterly members and 2000 yearly members.

Richmond Volleyball Club is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing athletes of all ages for amateur volleyball competition. The purpose of RVC is to promote interest in the sport of volleyball, provide training in the skills and techniques of volleyball, and foster teamwork, sportsmanship and an appreciation for health and wellness. Seven Hills Roller Derby is Richmond’s only co-ed roller derby team. The team is skater-owned and operated, and runs solely through the donated time and effort of its skaters and volunteers. Co-ed Roller Derby brings a new and exciting level of competitive, fast-paced gameplay to an already popular sport, while embracing the inclusivity of the sport at its inception.

WAKA is the World Adult Kickball Association - a social-athletic organization created to advance the joy of kickball around the world. WAKA's mission statement says it all - "To provide a unique club with an inclusive co-ed social culture and establish the WAKA Kickball experience as the New American Pastime ™"
